我最喜歡的是 Zumba課， 任何可以減肥保持身材的運動，我都喜歡！！！

今天晚上7~8點 是我的選修課~ 倫巴課（舞蹈）（每週一和週三）
學生除了認真唸書，也要運動呀！我們學校有瑜伽課、舞蹈課，還有我選修的「Zumba」！
這堂課只要跟著老師跳，就會飆汗，充分運動！
這是我的第一堂課，大家跳舞都好可愛,正在學習著讓我的肢體協調一點！
這是我們的第一堂課，表現的還可以吧 （笑）
好久沒跳舞了。

7~8 o'clock this evening is my elective course~
Every Monday and Wednesday, We have Rumba class.
In addition to studying hard, students must exercise! Our school has yoga classes, dance classes, and my choice of "Zumba" class.
As long as you follow the teacher, this class will sweat and exercise!
This is my first class. Everyone is dancing so cute. I am learning to make my body coordinate·

We jumped 6 songs , I didn’t dance for a long time, hahaha! 😉
